1. Overview
IMGIUM provides browser-based image tools. This policy explains how the current service handles selected image files, optional account information, browser preferences, and technical request information.
2. Image file processing
Images and files selected in all current tools, including File Renamer, are processed in your browser. IMGIUM does not upload these files, generated ZIPs, or editing work to its servers or authentication providers. Downloaded copies remain on your device.
- IMGIUM does not upload, store, review, or retain selected image files on its own servers.
- Downloaded result files are not stored by IMGIUM.
- Because IMGIUM does not retain these files, it cannot recover original images or results after processing.
Signing in does not save or sync images, selected files, editing settings, work history, or generated results to your account. Download results before leaving the page or starting sign-in: navigation, refresh, or closing the tab can discard unfinished work.
3. Optional accounts and authentication
IMGIUM at imgium.com offers optional Google sign-in through Supabase Auth, with other providers such as Kakao where enabled. The first successful sign-in may create an account. The image tools remain available while signed out.
When you sign in, Supabase may store an account identifier, identity-provider identifier, email address when provided, display name or other profile metadata, login timestamps, and security or session information needed to operate authentication.
IMGIUM does not currently create a separate public profile, store payment information, or use account information for advertising.
Account information is used to identify your signed-in account, display your name, maintain sessions, and support authentication security. Provider passwords are entered with the provider; IMGIUM does not receive or store them. Signing out does not delete your account or sign you out of Google or other provider services.
4. Technical information and service providers
IMGIUM currently does not use its own analytics or advertising tracking tools. If analytics is added later, this policy will be updated before or at the same time.
The site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and request times, for delivery, reliability, and security. This is separate from image processing.
IMGIUM uses Google Fonts. When your browser requests font files, Google may receive standard technical request information. Selected image files are not sent to Google Fonts.
5. Local storage and cookies
IMGIUM stores the imgium-theme value in your browser's localStorage to remember the light or dark theme preference. This preference is not used to identify you or for advertising.
Supabase Auth stores session information in your browser's localStorage so you can remain signed in. Signing out removes the local session for this site.
IMGIUM currently does not set its own advertising-tracking cookies.
Browser storage also remembers language and batch list/card preferences, and temporarily stores the return path used during sign-in. You can clear site data in browser settings to remove local preferences and session data; this does not delete account records held by the authentication service.
6. Third-party services
If you choose to sign in, authentication requests are sent to Supabase and the selected provider, Google or Kakao, under their respective privacy policies.
IMGIUM does not sell or provide selected image files to third parties. Cloudflare Pages and Google Fonts operate on their own networks and handle technical request information according to their respective policies.

7. Account retention and privacy requests

Account records remain in Supabase until deleted; signing out only ends the current local session. To request access, correction, or deletion of your account information, contact the email above, preferably from the address linked to your account. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not send passwords, login codes, or session tokens. Provider security logs and backups are subject to their retention practices and any applicable legal requirements.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include to respond to your request. Do not attach sensitive images or working files unless needed for the inquiry; attachments you send by email are separate from files processed locally by the tools.
8. Policy changes
If the service's processing practices change, this policy and its last-updated date will be revised accordingly.
