Terms of Use
Last updated: September 11, 2026
1. About the service
IMGIUM at imgium.com provides free browser-based tools for resizing, cropping, converting and compressing images, batch file renaming, ICO and favicon creation, and sprite-sheet splitting. Batch processing and export formats vary by tool and browser support.
2. Using IMGIUM
The image tools do not require an account. You may use optional Google or Kakao sign-in where available. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your identity-provider account secure.
You must have the necessary rights or permission to use every image you process with IMGIUM.
Use only an identity-provider account you are authorized to access. Review the Privacy Policy before signing in. On shared devices, sign out when finished; IMGIUM sign-out applies to the current local session, not other devices or the provider account. Report suspected unauthorized access through Contact.
3. Prohibited use
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe copyrights, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights.
- Do not interfere with the service or use abusive automation that disrupts normal operation.
- Do not process content that you are not permitted to use.
You are responsible for the images you process and for how you use the results.
4. Image files and intellectual property
Rights in the IMGIUM brand, interface, code, and service design belong to IMGIUM or the applicable rights holders. IMGIUM does not claim ownership of images you process or results you create.
5. Service availability and changes
Features may change or be discontinued as the service evolves. IMGIUM does not guarantee that every result will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Check results before using them.
6. File handling and backups
Under the current browser-processing approach, IMGIUM does not retain selected or processed image files. Keep backups of important originals because IMGIUM cannot restore original images or downloaded results.
Signing in does not save or sync images, selected files, editing settings, work history, or generated results to your account. Download results before leaving the page or starting sign-in: navigation, refresh, or closing the tab can discard unfinished work.
You can stop using optional sign-in at any time. Account information and deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Authentication availability depends on Supabase and the enabled sign-in provider; an account does not provide file backup or recovery.
